PLB offers an amazing custom garment, crafted utilizing top-grade painting materials and fabrics. TUTU:
The tutus are made with a soft sheer tulle material. I use an elastic waistband so the tutu stretches and can fit longer. Please note tutu lengths are approximate and may vary slightly.
