When placing this order you will receive a custom ribbon tutu set , a customized birthday shirt, and ruffle socks

TUTU:
The tutus are made with a soft sheer tulle material. I use an elastic waistband so the tutu stretches and can fit longer. Please note tutu lengths are approximate and may vary slightly.
12-18 month- 6 INCHES LONG *waist stretches to 17 inches
2T- 8 INCHES LONG*waist stretches to 18 inches
3T- 9 INCHES LONG*waist stretches to 19 inches
